About this course
This isn’t another generic “time management” seminar. It’s a survival guide for developers. Most developers are drowning in tickets, Issues, meetings, and tutorials, feeling busy but rarely productive. This course teaches the exact systems Bob (ex-Oracle) and Julian (ex-AWS) used to build Pybites and ship code while working full-time FAANG jobs and raising families. It’s 3.75 hours of real talk—no fluff, no theory, just the raw, practical frameworks you need to stop burning out and start shipping.

Testimonials

I look at this from a psycho-social perspective being a therapist… This course is like being on the battlefield with impostor syndrome and when it’s time to go to war, you can pull out a bazooka!

I can genuinely say they gave me back two hours a day on average… The burnout I kept feeling because a project seemed too overwhelming is now as good as gone. In one word? Life-changing.

FAQs
Is this course just for Python developers?
No. While we use developer examples (like “coding streaks”), the systems apply to anyone doing knowledge work. We have had pastors, therapists, and managers take this course with great success.
How long does it take to complete?
The content is roughly 4 hours of video. You can binge it in an afternoon, but we recommend taking one module per day to actually implement the exercises.
I’ve read Atomic Habits and Deep Work, do I need this?
Yes. We love those books, but this course translates those concepts specifically into the life of a developer. We show you how to apply “Deep Work” when you have a Jira board full of tickets and a manager pinging you on Slack.
Do I need special tools or apps?
No. We recommend some tools we like, but the system works with a pen and paper. It’s about the process, not the software.
What is the refund policy?
We are confident in this system. If you apply the techniques and don’t feel you’ve gained back at least 2 hours of time per week, email us and we will refund you. No questions asked.
